Dr. Daniel Léger, RSW- Clinical Specialist completed his master’s thesis in the management of chronic illness and his doctoral research in counselling focused upon burnout and compassion fatigue amongst health care providers. Fluent in English, French and Spanish, he has extensive experience in providing psychotherapy with individuals dealing with trauma, grief, depression, anxiety and other mental health challenges. Daniel has taught in university settings and served both in leadership positions as well as in clinical practice in multiple contexts including hospice and palliative care, acute psychiatric facilities, hospitals and rehabilitation centers, emergency crisis response as well as community mental health and wellness.
