Deepesh completed his Bachelor's in Physiotherapy in 2010 in India. After working as a Physiotherapist for three years in India, he moved to Canada. Once he passed his physiotherapy licensing exam in Canada, he resumed his practice and continued expanding his knowledge by pursuing courses in Acupuncture & Dry Needling, Anatomy Trains, NKT, Temporomandibular Joint Management, Graston, and Concussion and Vestibular Rehabilitation. Deepesh utilizes various manual techniques, including soft tissue release, mobilization, muscle energy technique, taping, acupuncture, and cupping. He has a strong interest in advancing his expertise and regularly takes courses to continuously improve his skills.
Deepesh believes in conducting in-depth assessments and tailoring treatments to each individual. His focus is on addressing the root cause of pain rather than just alleviating symptoms. He is committed to educating his clients to help them achieve pain relief and optimal results. Throughout his career, Deepesh has gained experience treating clients with musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction, pre- and post-surgical cases (e.g., ACL reconstruction, TKA, THA, rotator cuff repair), and sports injuries.
Deepesh has a keen interest in sports and enjoys playing badminton and cricket. He also enjoys music, hiking, and taking long walks with his dog and child.
