Grishma Purohit

Grishma is a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinic Experience Associate at CBI Health, where she has been contributing since March 2023. With a Master of Science in Biotechnology from S.P. University in India, she brings a strong scientific foundation to the role. Grishma's professional journey began in India, where she accumulated several years of administrative experience. In 2017, she relocated to Canada and initially worked as a clerk at Canada Post, gaining valuable insights into Canadian workplace culture.

In Grishma's current role at CBI Health, she serves as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported. Grishma's responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing patient records with confidentiality, and maintaining effective communication through phone and digital channels. Grishma is proficient in direct billing for Extended Health Benefits (EHB) and handling billings and dealing with case workers and insurance adjusters for providers concerning Worker’s Compensation Board (WCB) and Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) cases. Additionally, Grishma manages office operations, including data entry and inventory control, striving to maintain a smooth and efficient clinic environment.
