Dr. John Mignelli earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from D'Youville University in 2020. He attended Brock University previously, having graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology degree in 2015. Dr. John offers spinal manipulative therapy, manual spinal decompression, soft tissue mobilizations and cupping, acupuncture, cold laser, and incorporates rehabilitative exercise into virtually every treatment plan.
Dr. John’s approach is to be a facilitator, and use the various manual therapies listed above to empower patients and put them in a position to succeed via exercise and overall improvements to their health and fitness. Working together with patients to reach their goals and being there when they do is the reason Dr. John ended up at Zero Gravity. He prides himself on his ability to make connections with patients and build relationships rooted in trust, positivity, encouragement, and diligence.
Dr. Mignelli has an extensive education on the anatomy and kinematics of the spine and the body’s joints, as well as in skeletal radiology and physiologic therapeutics and rehab. He has spent time in various clinical and neurosurgical settings, and is currently the team trainer and Chiropractor for the Niagara Falls Jr. B Canucks. He is certified in Titleist Performance Institute golf fitness, Precision Nutrition, and RockTape FMT. When not working, Dr. John likes to keep active and participates in golf, ice hockey, rugby, and other sports during their respective seasons
