Lini graduated from The Toronto Metropolitan University (former Ryerson University) in 2008 with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (B.S.W) and the University of Windsor in 2015 with a Master’s degree in Social Work. In 2020 she graduated with Master’s in Clinical Psychology and she is a doctoral student in Clinical Psychology. She has overall 12+ years of experience working in in health care which include hospital, community, and private clinics as well as with government. She has experience as a Individual and Family Therapist in a Provincial Walk-in Clinic as well as with Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) survivors.
Lini has offered mental health support with varied clientele and has been able to collaborate with many other health professionals to achieve success with clients. She has also taken additional courses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Emotion Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Solution Focused Counselling (SFC), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Cognitive Behavioral Couple Therapy (CBCT), Eye Movement and Desensitization Therapy (EMDT), Hypnotherapy etc. which have been effective in case management and treatment. With the knowledge and skills based on above modalities combined with a compassionate and empathetic approach, Lini is able to offer the best support for clients.
