Milaine Cloutier

Milaine Cloutier has been in the Ottawa region for the past 18 years, after leaving Northern Ontario to pursuit her post-secondary studies. Having obtained a bachelor’s degree from the University of Ottawa in Health Science with a minor is psychology in 2012, she graduated from the Master’s program in Occupational Therapy in 2014. She joined CBI Health in 2015 and quickly established her place within the team. Milaine was the Clinic care coordinator then Clinical Team Lead before rising to the challenge of Manager of Clinical Services. In the past 10 years as an occupational therapist, Milaine has developed a special interest in mental health but continues to service WSIB and MVA files as well. She is always happy to help her colleagues improve their practice through mentorship and finds new ways to deliver the best possible services to her clients. Her smile is at the center for all her interactions, whether it be with her colleagues or with her clients.
